Superman

Who climbs up inflated slides, bounces with joy in jumpy houses, and throws bean bags through holes......It's Superman! Jonathan and I are not big fans of Halloween. We did want to give Hallister the opportunity to dress up and safely have fun still. Thanks to some friends giving us some clothes their son had grown out of we already had a costume - Superman pajamas. We attended a Fall Festival and a Trunk or Treat. The Fall Festival was indoors at the church where I go to MOPS. It was full of inflatable slides, jumpy houses, bean bag games, ducks in a pool, cookie walk, just games for all ages. It was very crowded, but fun. Hallister's best buddy Jacob ended up dressing as Superman as well. They had toddler specific rooms with games and toys. At each station Hallister received a piece of candy after playing the game. At the Trunk or Treat we had free hot dogs and then people handed out candy from their trunks. Jonathan taught Hallister very well. He said thank you after receiving the candy and told each person bye....and he will keep saying bye until you acknowledge him and repeat it back. Preston liked being outdoors. So we enjoyed these Halloween festivities and are using the candy Hall received for potty training.
